TRAVEL WITH FLEXIBILITY

Book with the security of being able to cancel or postpone your reservation at any time, free of charge up to 48 hours before your stay and in the case of prepaid reservations, the amount remains in deposit to be used at a later date.
Customers with existing reservations and for stays until 30 September 2020 may choose to reschedule the reservation or request a voucher of equal value paid to be used in a future booking. If the voucher is not used by December 31, 2021, the guest is entitled to a refund, to be made within 14 days after that date.

We have adopted all the measures recommended by the National Health Authority (DGS), World Health Organization (WHO) and Turismo de Portugal achieving the shield “Clean & Safe Seal” e WTTC (Safe Travels) to ensure the best functioning of our services.


CONDUCT

  To prevent the spread of COVID-19, all guests should adopt the following:

  • - Guests must remain in their rooms if they have any symptoms of COVID-19;
  • - Sanitize your hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer or water and soap regularly;
  • - Keep Social distance, at least 2 meters (except co-habitants);
  • - Comply with respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette;
  • - Avoid touching in any unnecessary objects or surfaces;
  • - Face shields are compulsory inside VP (including children older than 10).

 

PREVENTIVE MEASURES

  • - Our employees are equipped with personal protective equipment;
  • - Cleaning and disinfecting common areas with Johnson Diversey products, which deliver revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies that provide total confidence to customers;
  • - Floor signs to grant security distance;
  • - KIT Covid19 available;
  • - Acrylic barriers out in place at reception, bars, supermarket, health club;
  • - Digital menus at restaurant and bar;
  • - Contactless payment methods, debit cards or room debit are preferred;
  • - Medical services available for guests;
  • - Information for guests regarding Vila Petra’s internal protocol;
  • - Disinfectant carpet.

 

COMMON AREAS

  • - Cleaning and disinfecting common areas with I-mop;
  • - Implementation of hygiene routines to ensure that the cleaning protocol;
  • - Alcohol-based hand sanitizer placed around the hotel;
  • - Social distance in common areas, including pool area, gardens and outlets;
  • - Reservation is compulsory for the indoor pool, gym, beauty treatments, laundrette and restaurant.

 

APARTMENTS

  • - Rooms cleaned daily but without the presence of guests in the room;
  • - Linens and towels changed every 7 days or on request;
  • - 24 hours quarantine in between room occupations;

 FRONT OFFICE

  • - Check in online;
  • - We will communicate with QR codes, email, digitally or by telephone;
  • - Early check in and check out promoted.

 

ANIMATION

  • - Corporal contact is not allowed;
  • - Face painting is not allowed;
  • - Maximum children per group is 8;
  • - If necessary, child’s temperature can be measured;
  • - The animator is responsible for sanitizing all materials;
  • - Open air activities are privileged;
  • - Only families can sit together;
  • - The playground is open from 10 am to 12 am and from 3pm to 7pm.  It will be cleaned and disinfected 2 times a day.

  • - Maximum capacity 2 people in the gym;
  • - Sunbeds disposed 3 meters apart;
  • - Maximum capacity 10 people in the indoor pool.
