When planning an event that requires a conference room, be it for a meeting, training or a presentation, there are many things to consider. Not only is it important to have an environment that the attendees feel comfortable in, having the correct facilities are right up there on the list of priorities. 

At Vila Petra, we have four rooms - Petra, Conferências, Amarela & Reuniões - that can accommodate 200, 60, 30 and 12 people respectively. In addition to this, we have a variety of IT options available on request such as a projector, TV, sound system and of course, free wi-fi throughout the hotel. Should you wish to book a coffee break, this can also be arranged. 

The hire of our conference rooms is not limited to hotel guests and we welcome both private and corporate functions. However, all functions are subject to approval by the hotel management to ensure they are in line with the hotel’s standards.
